Mentoring hub

Mentoring hubs are organizations that are interested in providing mentoring services. Their main role is to onboard mentors, match them with young mentees, monitor and support the mentoring collaboration.

Mentoring hub employee

Mentoring hub employees are people working for the mentoring hubs, who will be responsible for the operation, monitoring and support of the mentoring collaboration.

Before registering as a Hub Employee, please make sure that your Mentoring Hub has already been registered.

Mentor

Mentors are experienced older adults, above 50 years of age, mostly retired or withdrawn from the work field, with specific skills and competences in their domain, willing to dedicate time to share their expertise to younger people on a voluntary basis.

Mentee

Mentees are young adults, 18-30 years old, interested to receive mentoring for their professional development.
