Interreg project. Solutions for age-friendly employer [SAFE]. April 2024 – March 2027.
Golden League is a partner in the international project Solutions for Age-Friendly Employer (SAFE), which aims to find ways to support age-friendly employers by creating and adapting suitable methods for this purpose.
The project involves four organizations and institutions from Sweden, Finland, and Estonia. Our common goal is to strengthen and improve the employment opportunities of older workers (aged 55+) in the labor market through joint cooperation.
In all partner countries, more and more people are working at an older age for various reasons. However, older employees often face challenges related to prejudice or discrimination. In several fields, especially in health and welfare, there is a significant number of older workers who contribute daily to the success of their organizations.
Organizations, however, need simple tools and information to assess and support older employees in their working life.
